Only upload material you created or are authorized to use. Attribution alone does not replace permission. Biblical Nation names, logos, and branding may not be used to imply endorsement without authorization.
Copyright notices
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. Submit notices through the Help Desk under Copyright.
Counter-notices
A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice identifying the material, consenting to applicable jurisdiction, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringement
Accounts associated with repeated infringement may be restricted or terminated when appropriate. Biblical Nation may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties.
