Terms of Service
Rules governing access to and use of Biblical Nation.
Effective August 14, 2026Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Biblical Nation, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated policies. You must be at least 13 years old. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify the Help Desk of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
Member content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Biblical Nation a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit it.
Platform conduct
Do not use Biblical Nation for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, malware, spam, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass security or moderation.
Organizations and verification
Page ownership and verification are separate. A verified individual does not automatically verify an organization. Verification may be suspended or removed if information becomes inaccurate, an organization changes its name, or policy violations occur.
Payments and third parties
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another processor identified at checkout. Separate Store, Academy, and Verification terms apply. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Enforcement and termination
Biblical Nation may restrict, suspend, remove, preserve, or disclose content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve evidence.
Disclaimers and liability
Biblical Nation does not guarantee that member statements, ministry claims, events, locations, advice, or external links are accurate or safe. Verification is a limited trust signal, not an endorsement. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount you paid Biblical Nation during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Questions may be submitted through the Help Desk.
